London Muay Thai was founded by Nak Muay Jessie and Kru Benny. With 7 years and growing in competition and coaching experience , LMT seeks to bring the traditional Muay Thai life to London Ontario.
Our students (Nak Muay) will learn the art of 8 limbs; fists, elbows, knees, kicks, clinch work and the Wai Kru Ram Muay. LMT will be a fun and safe environment that will cater to the beginner, the fitness enthusiast, or the Muay Thai competitor.
